Employees need managers who they can trust and respect. 3. Unclear expectations

Everyone likes to feel appreciated for their hard work. If your employees feel like their efforts are going unnoticed, it can lead to feelings of devaluation and discouragement. Make sure you take the time to thank your employees for their hard work on a regular basis and let them know when they’ve done a good job.
