In his former career, Matt Pierce kept running into a wall with attempts to solve the problem of high employee turnover rates. Pay raises were not even keeping employees from quitting their jobs.
It hit him one morning as he sat down for coffee with a client: maybe employees need access to earned pay so life could happen between paycheck cycles? Turns out, Matt was right. And Immediate was born!
The origin of Immediate is a solution to a business problem, but the heartbeat is much more than that. We’re on a mission to make a difference and break the cycles of debt, which is why we are the only earned wage access provider with access limitations to encourage responsible use.
The support specialist will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers face. In this role, the support specialist will help answer inbound tickets, take calls, and respond to chat by providing a quick and accurate response to the customer.
