Come Back Shack, a popular counter-serve chain known for its creative burgers, chicken sandwiches, and tenders, has been thriving with two locations in North Carolina, two locations in South Carolina, and plans for future expansion. To support their growth, the chain partnered with Immediate and APS to optimize operations and better serve their team.

“We chose APS Payroll through R365 as the solution to accommodate our growth, addressing pain points from our old system and ensuring we’re prepared for the future,” shared Rebecca Jane Manies, HR Manager at Come Back Shack.

Immediate’s Impact on Employee Support

Adding ImmediatePay, a benefit allowing employees to access earned wages, has been a game-changer for Come Back Shack.

“Immediate has streamlined our operations and made a real difference in how we support our team,” Rebecca said.

Since launching ImmediatePay in March 2024, employees have accessed their earned wages nearly 900 times, totaling $78,000, with an average transaction of $96.75.

The automation eliminated the need for manual pay advances, saving time for management while empowering employees with financial flexibility.

APS: A Scalable Solution for Growth

To address the challenges of managing payroll for a growing team, Come Back Shack turned to APS via Restaurant365. The seamless integration simplified tasks like deductions and payroll data entry.

“I can upload spreadsheets of different deductions like meals, and it just deducts it from their paycheck. I don’t have to type in every single deduction like I did before,” Rebecca explained.

By reducing manual processes and improving efficiency, APS has positioned Come Back Shack to scale operations effortlessly as they expand to new locations in the near future.

With Immediate and APS, Come Back Shack continues to support their team and prepare for an exciting future of growth. CTA for Immediate when posted on our web.
